Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager should identify new IT product lines (Hardware/Software) and establish their suitability for the IT Company.
Should be identify suitable overseas manufacturers / suppliers and negotiate with them for developing a beneficial commercial relationship.
Should be develop the business relationship with existing clients.
Should be develop the sales and marketing strategy for the new products.
Should be work with the overseas supplier for development of sales & marketing campaigns, training sessions.
Should be negotiate pricing with the suppliers.
Should be Overall work towards getting the new products lines well established in the Saudi markets.
Prepares annual territory plan and contributes market/trend data to strategic planning process.
Participates in preparing the annual profit plan by submitting necessary sales and expense details.
Maintain monthly business activity reports for all partners and submits them to General Manager and executive committee team for review and discussion. Attend and prepare minutes of the monthly management team meeting.

Requirements:
Candidate should be a management graduate from a recognized University, and should be fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic. Must be computer literate in a Windows environment.
He must have at least 5 years work experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Business Development management position ideally for IT Companies. At least 3 years experience in Saudi Arabia is preferable.

Customer Support Engineer

Experience in IT Projects Implementation (Installation & Configuration) with Hardware and Software HP & Dell Servers & Microsoft Windows Server 2003, ISA 2006, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007. Trouble shooting with Windows XP and Microsoft Outlook.
Practical experience in Cisco Pix firewall configurations & ADSL Modems Installation Configuration.
Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills. Be able to write sound technical documentations and know to communicate effectively on technical concepts.
Should advice the management in the upcoming customers requirements and issues
Strong inter-personal ability
Ability to visualize a solution for the problem in hand Problem solving strategy

Qualifications : B.Sc Degree in Computer Science (IT)

Network Specialist

3+ years of strong professional experience in providing Network Solutions.
Networking including cabling and Wireless networks implementation.
Expertise in Windows Server, Exchange Server, Networks Operating systems, Technical Support, email systems.
Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems installation and configuration.
Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Exchange Server and email systems installation and configuration.
Solid working knowledge of Wired & Wireless LAN / WAN Design and Implementation.
Solid working knowledge of Internet connectivity (DSL, Leased Line, Wireless and Satellite).
Solid working knowledge of LAN / WAN Design and Implementation.
Solid working knowledge of Network Security including Firewalls.
Professional experience in Networking Projects Management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize work

Software Developer

B.S. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Have experience VBSSCRIPT, HTML, DHTML, JAVASCRIPT, and custom Tag.
Should have experience in Internet Applications using ASP, ASP.NET.VB, Oracle, MS SQL server, My SQL, Access.
Candidate should have knowledge in network/protocol, including TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP and SMTP using the operating system Windows 2003/2008.
He should be aware of Languages known as C, C++, SQL, PL/SQL, VB Script, XML, HTML and DHTML.
Candidate should be aware of Web Technology such Java Script, ASPVB Script, ASP.NET, and IIS.
