University   Degree  -  Bachelor  of  Science  in  Electrical Engineering  with  special  subject  of  power  transmission  & distribution .  

Any  special  Course/Training  on  subject  of  Protection  Relays Engineering  &  Application  is  desirable . 

Fifteen  ( 15 ) years  experience,  of which  Ten  ( 10 )  years  must   be  in  Design ,  field  application ,  project . 

Site  commissioning  &  Testing  of  protection  relays ,  electrical  plant   testing  at  electrical   substations  &  transmission  line  projects .

Must  have  good  technical  background  with  management           skills  and  well  conversant  with  management  reporting ,        records  keeping ,  meetings ,  coordination  and  correspondence   Should  be  well  experienced  in  all  subjects  as  per the following:
